Our director regularly visits HMP Manchester (Strangeways) to speak with prisoners about employment opportunities and careers within construction. We believe in giving people a second chance and have successfully employed a number of former prisoners following their release.

As a former serviceman who completed operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, our director maintains strong links with the Armed Forces community. TWM has successfully employed a number of ex-service personnel and actively supports veterans transitioning into civilian careers.

Shotton Mill
One of the largest ongoing construction projects in the UK. Shotton Mill is currently the home of a workplace to nearly 2000 operatives. TWM are working alongside Fulcrum Scaffold Training in developing the skills of personnel that have recently left prisons. We are developing their skills and sponsoring them employment to bring back some normality and purpose to these individuals.
