Overseas Contractor Support
We understand that UK legislation, compliance requirements and site expectations can be complex, especially for companies unfamiliar with British working practices.
Over the years, we have built strong relationships with international contractors and have successfully supported overseas companies operating across major UK projects.
How We Support
UK legislation and compliance guidance
- Temporary Works procedures in line with BS5975
- Payroll obligations and workforce legalities
- Labour supply and workforce mobilisation
- Scaffolding and access compliance support
- Liaison with Principal Contractors and site teams
Our role is to help overseas contractors navigate the complexities of working in the UK, reducing risk, avoiding delays and ensuring full compliance from day one.

SOCIAL VALUES

Job Creation & Training
TWM offer its employees one job to one person. We do not stretch our team to have few people covering many different roles. We believe that having one job per person keeps staff content in their job role, they are not overworked, and it helps us identify new positions within the company where we can then look for further staff members from the local community.
Our staff will receive training also to continue with their Professional Development. This will be a tool that enables progression with the company, and to open up other opportunities as they arise.

Community Engagement Initiatives
We work closely with training providers that bring through personnel that have recently been released from the Prison Service. Having this collaboration enables us to successfully employ these operatives and work with them to bring some normality and structure back into their lives.
We also find local charities where we are working, to always be willing to contribute locally and put some money back into the community.
We are working towards working alongside the military, where we will be offering soldiers that are scheduled to leave the armed forces, and return to civilian life, a chance to gain the right skills for their selected industry. Too often we see soldiers that struggle once leaving, and we want to utilise their dedicated skills and mindsets to make a difference, and assist them with the transition from military to civilian life.
GLOBAL RECOGNITION AWARD
TWM were invited to participate in the Global Recognition Awards for a new innovative company. Given the company values and demonstration of displaying these values in practice, after undergoing vigorous checks and being scored against the scoring system, TWM met all criteria to pass through the award system as 2025 Global Recognition Award winners.
Temporary Works Management was recognised for its exceptional leadership in social responsibility and innovative approaches to addressing critical societal challenges, from its partnership with training providers supporting individuals recently released from prison, to its growing commitment to supporting ex-servicemen and women transitioning to civilian life. The award reflects TWM's ability to build a sustainable, values-led business while creating real, positive impact within the communities it works in.
